The costumer pays all shipping charges both ways .We suggest using of USPS, Canada post, Fedex,or UPS..

The less expensive way from USA is always  USPS . Because in some cases you will pay  broker fees with UPS and  Fedex, this extra fee is sent some weeks later to me or to the sender. I suggest if you use UPS to ask UPS about this specific fee before sending your item to us, and same thing with Fedex.

 

 Directions for shipping.

Use a good box. Wrap the unit with bubble wrap or better. Be sure the unit is secure in the box and that it does not slide in the box. If you send a unit with vacuum tubes, pack carefully your tubes. Include a full description of the problem for that unit. Give me your phone number , return address ,email and all informations we can need to contact you. All repairs will be returned prepaid with paypal Visa  MasterCard money order. The customer and the carrier are responsible for any damage that happens to the item in  transit. We highly suggest taking an insurance to protect you package ..
